Worst customer service ever! Working through a probated estate for my father and getting information is a ridiculous process. Slow and unresponsive. Same documentation has to be submitted over and over. I've had to resubmit a death certificate multiple time. Customer service struggles to provide requested information which requires additional follow up and more copies of same documentation. Definitely need more training and improved processes. Would highly recommend other to refrain from using their services. Once probate of the stock for the estate are transferred, I hope to never have to use their services ever again!
