Absolutely incompetent. An offshore company who provides scripted answers without any form of knowing how to solve simple problems. And there is 'no one' they can talk to - no supervisors, no solutions. I spoke with 2 different people and got 2 vastly different answers and NEITHER of them could give a clear answer on when my account would be unlocked due to a simple address change. One said 'a day or two' (but 'not sure') and the other said 4 weeks!!! 4 weeks to have access to stock that I OWN and want to sell?? AND they ask you to communicate documents by postal mail or fax in the year 2025!?? We know the US postal system is unreliable and who even owns a fax machine nowdays??Shocking. Extremely dissatisfied. Don't become a Constellation Energy or Excelon Corporation Shareholder as you won't be able to do transactions through their provider!!!!I will also be posting this where Constellation Energy and Excelon Corporation can see this!
