I have tried to get information from the company in respect of my Met/Police pension.1st contact told it would take 15 working days .I waited the time period no post or e-mail of the information as requested.In the last week l’ve phoned three times to be told various lies “it’s in the post”“You’ll receive an e-mail today”Yesterday 9/12/25 I was told that my request had not even been actioned I am speechless as to how my so called provider is treating me.Brian Wallace 42 years in Public Service
