It only got 4 stars because it was a nightmare getting through the automated system to someone who could help. But the person who answered the phone was super helpful and clear and resolved all of my issues and also told me about something that I was unaware of. Great service.
I've been trying to obtain information regarding my pension from the company. During my initial contact, I was informed it would take 15 working days. I waited the full period but received no mail or email with the requested information. In the past week, I called three times and was given various misleading responses: 'it's in the post' and 'you'll receive an email today.' Yesterday, I was told my request hadn't even been addressed. I'm at a loss for words regarding how this provider is treating me.
