I have had a couple of Shark vacuum cleaners for many years, and my experience of customer service is Stella! A massive ‘Thank You’ to Anne-Marie F… in Customer Services, for making my Easter Bank holiday just that little bit more pleasurable. Late Thursday afternoon, I called about an issue I was having with my Shark battery (not holding its charge). Literally within minutes she has sorted a replacement, was due to be delivered after the holiday. Shark get even more points, as the battery was delivered, on Saturday (during the Easter holiday). The no fuss, customer service was much appreciated … Shark have come up trumps once again.
