I have had other carpet cleaners in the past I saw shark do one and omg what a beautiful machine its lightweight perfect for taking upstairs so simple to use and put together
The charger for our two-battery dock failed. I located two on eBay, but although the model numbers were identical, the equipment was different! So I had the genius idea of looking online at Shark’s site. But the item wasn’t there. Thank goodness there was a call line. Bogdan was brilliant. Located the charger and it was with us the following day.
I had ordered a shark cordless vacuum - 2 in 1, vacuum and mop. I was overseas and fell sick so had to extent my time there. Once I reached back it took me a few days to open my package. Upon using it I noticed the mop was leaving dirty water on my tiles and wasn’t cleaning them properly. I called Shark and said I’m not sure this is suitable for my tiles please can I exchange the product for a different one. Customer Services says it’s been over 30 days so no, I explained why it’s been over 30 days (being unwell and abroad etc…) but he couldn’t care less. Having spent £300 on a product surely the after sales should have better manner? I then called twice again complaining, they decide to send me a new price to change at the front assuming the front mop part was not intact. Once I replaced that I had the same issue. Having spent £300, using the product 3-4 times only. I have never touched it again and it’s been a waste of money. I called shark again explaining this but as per usual according to their t&c’s beyond 30 days they couldn’t care less. So a waste of £300 for a product that is not suitable for my flooring. Is leaving dirty water marks on my tiles and wooden floor. Even wasted money on buying the shark liquid to add to it which is not usable now as I have not used the actual vaccum again. I changed from Dyson to shark drinking they’re products are better and have better suction but to receive this crappy customer service after sales is ridiculous. By far disappointed with Shark and would not recommend this product.
Excellent seller and service. Great value for money. Would definitely buy from Shark again. We buy the refil bottles for the hand held carpet/ spot cleaner, which is great. Easy to use, easy to clean and overall excellent product.
Just to be clear. I have no issue with Shark the company itself. Delivery was quick and easy. However the Shark Flexstyle was extremely disappointing. I was promised waves in my hair using thd airstyler but I just cannot seem to achieve this look. It's quite tricky to actually get the chosen part of the hair to wrap around the wand without it also taking hair that's already been styled so you end up styling your hair 2 or 3 times unnecessarily. And even when you do wrap the hair you want, you at best get a big blow out type style. Not what I was after at all. And it doesn't hold for very long either. I was hoping it would take minutes but it took the best part of an hour each time. I cannot justify spending that long on my hair when I can use tongs to get the look I want in about 15 mins. The hairdryer is quite good but I'm not prepared to spend over £200 on just that. So I'm sending it all back for a refund
Ordered at 4pm, delivered next day at 0920! Easy website to use. Hoover easy to put together. Light weight and I can now manage to get it upstairs by myself now which is good for someone like me with chronic fatigue & fibro. Anyway, amazing suction, got all the extra tools we need for house & car. Nice long cord & plug.
I purchased the shark cyroglow because I am just seeing it all over my feeds. It’s mainly young woman doing the reviews and personally I think that’s pointless as their skin is far better than someone of my age. I am hoping to make my own video review. So I am currently keeping everything crossed it works for me. It’s not as heavy as some people say. It’s quick sessions so doesn’t get in the way of your routine. It’s too early to say how it’s working on my skin and eye bags. So far I am liking it.
The Shark pet hair carpet cleaner made me embarrassingly happy when aI used it.
We have a dog and however much you hoover there would be dog hair embedded in the carpet.
I've had my carpet professionally cleaned previously and it looked pretty similar. Great product for lifting hair and cleaning dirt.
Ordered PowerDetect Clean & Empty Cordless Pet Vacuum Cleaner in the sale, as a replacement for a poorly Dyson V8 and what a vast improvement (and a lot cheaper than a replacement Dyson) over when it worked properly, ordered on a Sunday and delivered next day, very impressed with machine & service
Bought a Shark ThermaCharged PowerDetect Wet & Dry Robot Vacuum, AV2920XEUKWH from Amazon in Dec 2025. To be fair, it works really well - but we have a Karndean floor and a large messy spaniel!
I tried to order some spare mop heads (one on the wash - one on the robot), and some spare brushes. The AV2920XEUKWH isn’t listed on the website, the AI bot doesn’t recognise it. Sent an contact form to Shark via the website - the response said we typically respond within 6 business hours. 2 days later I got a response "Unfortunately we do not have spare parts at the moment for this model. This is a very new model at the moment. Spare parts will become available in the next few months"
How unhelpful is that - launch a product to market with zero support!
