Just to be clear. I have no issue with Shark the company itself. Delivery was quick and easy. However the Shark Flexstyle was extremely disappointing. I was promised waves in my hair using thd airstyler but I just cannot seem to achieve this look. It's quite tricky to actually get the chosen part of the hair to wrap around the wand without it also taking hair that's already been styled so you end up styling your hair 2 or 3 times unnecessarily. And even when you do wrap the hair you want, you at best get a big blow out type style. Not what I was after at all. And it doesn't hold for very long either. I was hoping it would take minutes but it took the best part of an hour each time. I cannot justify spending that long on my hair when I can use tongs to get the look I want in about 15 mins. The hairdryer is quite good but I'm not prepared to spend over £200 on just that. So I'm sending it all back for a refund
