I had ordered a shark cordless vacuum - 2 in 1, vacuum and mop. I was overseas and fell sick so had to extent my time there. Once I reached back it took me a few days to open my package. Upon using it I noticed the mop was leaving dirty water on my tiles and wasn’t cleaning them properly. I called Shark and said I’m not sure this is suitable for my tiles please can I exchange the product for a different one. Customer Services says it’s been over 30 days so no, I explained why it’s been over 30 days (being unwell and abroad etc…) but he couldn’t care less. Having spent £300 on a product surely the after sales should have better manner? I then called twice again complaining, they decide to send me a new price to change at the front assuming the front mop part was not intact. Once I replaced that I had the same issue. Having spent £300, using the product 3-4 times only. I have never touched it again and it’s been a waste of money. I called shark again explaining this but as per usual according to their t&c’s beyond 30 days they couldn’t care less. So a waste of £300 for a product that is not suitable for my flooring. Is leaving dirty water marks on my tiles and wooden floor. Even wasted money on buying the shark liquid to add to it which is not usable now as I have not used the actual vaccum again. I changed from Dyson to shark drinking they’re products are better and have better suction but to receive this crappy customer service after sales is ridiculous. By far disappointed with Shark and would not recommend this product.
