Purchased a Shark Cordless Stick vacuum in Oct 2024, the wand wouldn’t work properly approx November 2025. Thinking it wouldn’t be in warranty I replaced the wand at my cost. Move on to March 2026, and the second wand broke (wouldn’t allow me to lift the handset up from closed position). Gutted! Contacted customer service to complain and they’ve sent me out a replacement wand, received next day. Great customer service - thank you! You really need to work on the quality of the wand.
