I ordered a hairstyling tool four weeks ago. After waiting over a week without any delivery, I was informed that the package had been returned to the seller due to an alleged issue with my address, which is incorrect. After numerous emails, I finally reached the support team by phone. They promised a refund and mentioned I could reorder the product at the original discounted price. However, three weeks have passed, and I still haven't received my refund. Because my money hasn't been returned, I'm unable to place a new order, and now, due to long delivery times, it seems impossible to receive the product before the New Year. At this point, I'm simply requesting my money back. We're talking about more than €300. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels completely unacceptable.
