I placed an order for a hairstyling tool four weeks ago. After waiting over a week with no delivery, I was informed that the package was returned to the seller due to an alleged issue with my address, which is not true. After numerous emails, I eventually contacted the support team by phone. They assured me I would receive a refund and could reorder the item at the original discount. Yet, three weeks later, my refund has still not been processed. Because the funds have not been returned, I cannot make a new order, and now, due to extremely lengthy delivery times, it’s unlikely I can receive the product before the New Year. At this point, I just want my money back. We're discussing a sum exceeding €300. This whole situation has been very frustrating and feels entirely unacceptable.
