Ordered the handheld vacuum and after 3 months in it started making an extremely loud noise to the point it couldn't be used unless i knew my neighbours were out. I asked for a refund and they declined but offered a new one. Great i thought! and then approx 3 months later, the same problem happened. I then insisted for a refund and they refused and i haven't heard back since. I have been more than patient, and the pattern here is pretty clear. A product failing twice in the same way after only a few months isn’t just bad luck; it points to a fault that the retailer and they should take responsibility this, but they havent. Dont be fooled by their fancy adverts.
