1 day deliver takes more than a month. I ourchased corless vaccume. It said it was dispatched. And never received. So, i called after a week to customer service. And they said that woops ots our system problem and we sold more then we have in stock. Sorry. It will take 2-3 weeks to deliver now. Okay... passed a month - still nothing. Nor even sorry. Nor even we will give you a half price refun( ill ask for this noe) plus i want my vaccume as well. Also, i saw yesterday that on the online store you are still is selling vaccumes as "no out of the stock" so you are lying to the people... not cool at all. Especially when i paid about 300... i better would be going with doosan when i think now...I TRIED TO POST THIS COMMEND UNDER THEIR.PRODUCT, AND GUESS WHAT, I GOT THIS MESSAGE "Lina, Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines.
