I needed a new vacuum, looked at Dyson, and it was ‘HOW MUCH’ so looked at Shark, decided to purchase one, a cordless, all the reviews were good. Did not check on this site, which may have made me reconsider.It turned out to be a piece of junk, it operates in various states, blocked, being unblocked, about to be blocked and flat battery, just does not have sufficient cleaning power. At best all I can say is that it may work a little bit better on very clean floors. Have now ordered a mains powered Miele. Can only blame myself for being taking in by all of the reviews and very slick advertising
