I purchased my shark in march from a friend through very,I suffer with fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and scholiosis so my old vacuum was heavy and cumbersome so thought my shark stick would be easier unfortunately I found it was top heavy the suction not good at all plus restricted to what you can pick up also battery life not that good,tried to get it returned with no luck,I don't know if it's just from a bad batch or just not that good I've had to go back to my old vacuum non branded cheaper model with better suction.Im so sorry it's such a bad review as I've wanted a shark for so long and really disappointed especially as so expensive!sorry such a late review only just found the site!
