Amazing customer service! I bought my cordless Shark just under 2 years ago and it had stopped sucking up. I rang them and they sent a link for video real-time to help me be able to fix it. However when I was trying to unclog it with something sharp I accidentally went through the hose. They were so lovely and helpful and have sent a new part.
