I bought my first Shark product through TikTok during the Black Friday sale, and the experience has honestly been nothing short of ridiculous. Shark uses EVRi for deliveries, and the moment I saw that, I knew it was going to be a problem.EVRi claimed they made a delivery attempt — they absolutely did NOT. No knock, no card, nothing. Then they said they’d deliver it the next day. Instead, when I checked the TikTok tracking the very next morning, it showed my item was already being returned to Shark and a refund was being issued.So not only did they fail to deliver, but they didn’t even bother trying again. Just sent it back without giving me any chance to receive it.For such a big brand, Shark choosing to rely on EVRi is genuinely shocking. This was supposed to be my first ever purchase with them, and instead it became a complete disappointment and waste of time.I’m honestly put off ordering from them again until they stop using such an unreliable courier.
