I purchased a PowerDetect Clean & Empty Cordless Pet Vacuum Cleaner IP3251UKT. It is fairly heavy but looks well made. Like all new purchases I checked for available spares, especially filters, there are 4 in this cleaner (one for odour). One is recommended to be changed every 3-4 months £14.99 (Pre-motor Filter Assembly), expensive in my view when you look at other makes. Online it is out of stock, checking reviews and comments by Shark replies (some confirmations) it has been so for more than 9 months! Speaking to Customer Services they haven't a clue (they were very polite), I also had to send them pictures of all my filters as they didn't know, which one! Two advisors and one Supervisor later (hours on phone) they said it appears the filter has been discontinued but the best they could advise is you would have to buy the kit at £69.99, which includes a replacement filter, not sold seperately! It would take them at least two days to find out what was going on! There was no point waiting so I returned it. No notifications, nothing from Shark so I called and found out it was still with DPD in their Warehouse for 7 days and not returned! Shark Supervisor said sorry!
