Ordered new parts for my upright corded vacuum cleaner. It’s years old and has never failed me but everything wears out eventually. Customer care were brilliant (Karina) helping me with simple steps and eventually ordering my new parts. Inexpensive replacement parts (who does that these days?) and especially for my old and trusted vacuum. Thankfully there are some things in this world that still have old fashioned values.
