I bought a hand held hoover from shark, great until it broke downAfter at least 11 phone calls, 2 trouble shooting calls and waiting for a link sending by email twice and it never arrived Every person I spoke to was helpful but nothing happens!Eventually I was asked to send it back which I did and got an email saying they had received it in January!!!! After another 4 calls each promising me it will be dispatched immediately I still have not got the replacement, my last phone call was 2 weeks agoThis has been going on since November 2021 I have asked for a refund but have been told that’s not possibleI have no idea what more I can do! Their customer service is appalling
