I bought a frozen slushie machine on the 18th of November, and it seems the item was shipped from a location but returned shortly after on the 28th. I've been calling daily for the past five days, speaking to different representatives each time, seeking updates and sending emails, but I've received no responses. Each call provided a different story. Today, I was informed that my item was received on the 28th, but there is no stock available, and I will have to wait until February for it to be resent. The level of customer service I encountered has been exceptionally poor and unprofessional. I would advise anyone I talk to to avoid this company as they are truly disappointing.
