These vacuum cleaners work well while they last but tend to break down once the warranty expires. I tried to purchase parts for a specific model but found that I could only buy half of a complete unit, specifically the rear flexi-hose, which breaks easily. An after-market part restored my 3-year-old vacuum to good performance, but my other unit's motor failed exactly after two years. The only option was a complete floor nozzle replacement at a high cost. This seems like planned obsolescence. What about sustainability and environmental impact? This company doesn't seem consumer or eco-friendly.
