I purchased the Shark PowerPro Cordless Vacuum Cleaner few months ago from Shark website.I have to admit, the product isn't impressive at all. I really can't understand what the deal is with this Shark products but it doesn't deserve the price tag it's marked at.It is good for small spaces and a quick vacuum however if you have a large floor space and have rugs/hard flooring- it will stress you out! My vacuum switches the power between hard flooring and carpet. The vacuum will completely switch off when it gets stuck on a rug. The product is stylish and looks good. It feels somewhat light too however after a few minutes, it will hurt your wrist. The battery life is beyond a joke, it doesn't last more then an hour and charge rate is 2/3 works! The battery to usability ratio is not great.I came from a traditional plug in vacuum from this shark portable one and sadly I haven't been impressed till this date. I haven't bothered to refund my product as I checked it is difficult to refund the product once opened and used.
