Purchased Shark upright in March 2022, always worked brilliantly, last week it suddenly stopped working, I phoned customer services (I was not even aware it had come with a 5 year guarantee!!) I can't remember the advisors name (possibly Taneisha?) she took me through troubleshooting and fixed the issue, very impressed!I will not ever buy another hoover from any other company.Thank you.
