I bought a second hand Power Detector 2 in 1 robot vacuum which was still under their manufacturer warranty. After a couple of weeks it stopped working and I contacted Shark. After a few emails telling me to do the “switch off and back on” repair, it was still faulty. They refused to honour the warranty because I bought it second hand because in their small print it says they can do this. Thank God I didn’t buy a new one at £800 and received this UTTERLY APPALLING level of customer service. Be warned their customer service is nowhere near what it used to be, and their products cannot even survive their warranty period
