Then, it requested my account number, but I had to hurry before the automated voice said, "sorry, I didn't get that," which led me to more subcategories. When I finally hoped to speak with a customer service representative, I was redirected to the main menu instead. I ended up starting over three times due to this ongoing issue. It's clearly a glitch and very time-consuming. Additionally, I'm having trouble with my bill payment; I received conflicting information about where to send my payment, leaving me unsure if my money was sent to the correct place. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing.
