I ordered two short-sleeve T-shirts and a long-sleeve sweatshirt from Shawncraft. The T-shirts were great and matched the advertised quality, but the sweatshirt was a completely different story: the fabric was cheap and extremely thin, the size was far larger than specified, the stitching looked sloppy, and even the label seemed incorrect, as if it came from an entirely different manufacturer.When I contacted customer service with detailed photos and a clear explanation, the response was disappointing. Instead of offering a proper exchange or replacement, they suggested I keep the defective item and accept a $5 refund and a coupon, claiming that returning it would be too expensive because their warehouse is in China. In other words, they pushed the cost and inconvenience entirely onto the customer.So overall, a very mixed experience: the T-shirts were genuinely good, but the sweatshirt was awful, and the after-sales support not very helpful.
