Love the t-shirt I ordered from this company. When I had issue with size, they responded quickly and rectified the order. I would buy from them again. Quick responses and great integrity about their product.
Order placed on 18.02.2026. Only in the order confirmation email do they write that the order will be shipped after 28.02 because they are reorganising the warehouse and that I can cancel the order if I want. I wrote to customer service saying that I needed to be sure that I would receive it by 18 March. They replied but never gave me confirmation and offered me a 10% discount on my next order. I wrote again asking them to send it by express delivery instead. On 22 February, they wrote, “Hello, we have urged the logistics company to speed up the delivery of the package,” but on 2 March, they told me that they had not yet shipped it. I asked for the order to be cancelled and for an immediate refund. Let's see how it turns out!
When customer service found out the shirt fit smaller than I expected they immediately replaced it. What a kind thing to do. I'm thrilled. I love my shirt! Thank you so much. Ill definitely be ordering from you again!

Terrible customer service. Contacted them just hours after ordering and asked for my order to be cancelled before payment was processed, they messaged back over a week later saying they were about to ship and would not cancel. Quality of product is very disappointing and customer service emails seem to be translated to English and don’t make sense nor are they helpful.
LOVE THIS PLACE! Cute designs, great quality, and outstanding customer service. I usually don't order from companies that I see randomly on Facebook. I have been burned before- buying something from a picture and receiving a poor quality product.

The best part of my experience was communication with Shawn. I had ordered something that needed to arrive by my departure date on an overseas trip. It took so long to come thatI got anxious and talked with Shawn about it, and he was very gracious in communicating with me. When the item did arrive, I realized I had ordered the wrong size and he offered to send me a different size free of charge even though it was my mistake. The shirt is perfect. Great material that looks like it will last and I love the design! I am recommending this company with the caveat that if you need something in a hurry, you may need to choose something more local.
I ordered three t shirts for my wife. The quality is excellent! Had an issue with the time it took to ship (1 month) but can't really fault the company since it seemed to be an issue with the shipper. Shawncraft was more than willing to reship but then they finally showed up.
Buyer beware. I ordered 3 tshirts from Shawn Craft. They are very nice quality if you like thick heavy scratchy shirts. I wanted to return, however I was told it is not recommended because of the shipping costs to China. So, I have 3 tshirts that are really cute but are very uncomfortable to wear. Hopefully, they will soften up after a few washes.
