Ordered a sweater for my partner and ordered one size larger than she usually wears in case they ran small. Shawn provided me the shipping info as soon as it was available and it was easy to track through the shipping process. It turned out to fit relatively true to size and was a little big so I reached out to exchange it for one size smaller and Shawn responded within a day and let me know that they would be sending a size medium free of charge and not to worry about exchanging the one we already had. The design is very cute and the quality seems reasonable for the price. Happy with both the product and the customer service. Would recommend!
