I ordered a jumper from their site which took just over 3 weeks to arrive which I dint think was too bad however when it arrived, I saw I ordered the wrong size so I contacted them and they responded within the same day and said they would ship me a smaller size for free without having to return my current one and they would speed up the shipping.
