My order was delivered to my apartment and someone picked it up and kept it. I finally was able to find out who had taken my T-shirt with security cameras. In the meantime I had corresponded with customer service and they sent pictures of where it was delivered and were very helpful and concerned. I love the T-shirt. Great quality.
