I ordered two retro sweatshirts, and both were too large (unisex sizing). I asked if I could exchange one of them and was surprised to not have to ship the original back. They are shipping out one at no charge. I'm appreciative of this service, since I think it would be costly to mail back to China. I also appreciated their timely responses to my emails.
