The store genuinely cares about providing a good experience. They were able to rectify a mistake I made (ordering a shirt instead of a sweater) in a very kind and professional way. As I get older, there aren’t many things that look “cool” on me anymore. However, the Halloween shirts do, and they go really well with my dual-sport bike!
