Buyer Beware!While customer service was responsive, their inability to correct a mistake that was clearly their fault is unacceptable.What I expected: A prepaid label to return the wrong item they sent, and/or a refund.What I got instead: “Sorry, if you want to return it, it’s okay, but I really don’t recommend it, because our return warehouse is in China, you need to pay for the shipping fee, and the shipping fee will be expensive.”Background: I ordered the Comfort Colors Vintage Pressed Flowers T-shirt in Khaki, which is still listed on their website. Instead, they sent me Yam. When I complained, they admitted: “Dear customer, I am sorry that the base color of our T-shirts has been changed. All T-shirts of this color are in this color.”In other words, they no longer even make the color I ordered, yet they still advertise it, take your money, and then ship you whatever color they feel like sending. The tee is still shown in Khaki on their website.This is misleading and unacceptable. Buyers should know they may not receive what they ordered—and the seller will not take responsibility.
