Terrible customer service. Contacted them just hours after ordering and asked for my order to be cancelled before payment was processed, they messaged back over a week later saying they were about to ship and would not cancel. Quality of product is very disappointing and customer service emails seem to be translated to English and don’t make sense nor are they helpful.
