Order placed on 18.02.2026. Only in the order confirmation email do they write that the order will be shipped after 28.02 because they are reorganising the warehouse and that I can cancel the order if I want. I wrote to customer service saying that I needed to be sure that I would receive it by 18 March. They replied but never gave me confirmation and offered me a 10% discount on my next order. I wrote again asking them to send it by express delivery instead. On 22 February, they wrote, “Hello, we have urged the logistics company to speed up the delivery of the package,” but on 2 March, they told me that they had not yet shipped it. I asked for the order to be cancelled and for an immediate refund. Let's see how it turns out!
