left an email to them on april 3 and 13 and never got a response as of april 26, they dont even allow you to get a refund, their "refund policy" only allows exchanges in their own store but dont even allow refund or mention refunds whatsoever, whats the point of having a refund policy? They expect me to accept an exchange in my situation and then deal with their terrible customer support team who are non existent and will either ghost you or take weeks to respond.
