Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Shea Terra has some good products, but occasionally will send out poor quality items. I contacted their customer service line multiple times spanning three weeks. I spoke with their representatives six times to request a replacement and have still received nothing. After being a customer for years, I can no longer recommend this company.

no refund in their "refund policy", non existent customer support team

left an email to them on april 3 and 13 and never got a response as of april 26, they dont even allow you to get a refund, their "refund policy" only allows exchanges in their own store but dont even allow refund or mention refunds whatsoever, whats the point of having a refund policy? They expect me to accept an exchange in my situation and then deal with their terrible customer support team who are non existent and will either ghost you or take weeks to respond.

Nonexistent customer service

I purchased some stuff from this company well before Christmas. They sent me the tracking information which was through USPS but every time I looked on the Postal Service website it said the label have been created but it had not been shipped. I tried to contact this company on at least five occasions. Once by email, once by chat which there was really no one to chat with and they said that if I left they'd email me which they never did, once I submitted their online form, and twice I tried to call their 800 number. When I called there 800 number I a generic voicemail and the mailbox was full so you couldn't leave a message. I called that number twice during normal business hours. This is not the way to run a company! I never got a response to any of my other inquiries. It is now just a couple of days before Christmas, I bought these as presents, and I have no idea whether the package is going to show up or not. Their customer service is non-existent!

There was an issue with fulfillment to…

There was an issue with fulfillment to start with but when I called customer service, the lady I spoke to went above and beyond to assure my satisfaction. My original order just arrived and I am over the moon. To make up for the wait, there are samples and full sized products to try. I am more than happy.
