Before my shed's delivery, I asked to change to the double-door model, but the company refused my request. Despite the shed being a standard modular product, they consistently used 'made-to-order' terminology to sidestep my concerns. My issues regarding misleading guidance were left unaddressed. The way this was handled was misleading and fundamentally unjust, making me feel taken advantage of. Additionally, the manufacturer was unhelpful and dismissive, showing a clear unwillingness to engage with customers.
