Review Time
I placed a large order for an education setting and received great service from James who quickly arranged an invoice and the delivery of the sheds, all of which were delivered as agreed. Friendly and accommodating delivery drivers. Sheds aren't built yet but all look to be in order and correct.
Customer service 'seemed' excellent, however, price match credit wasn't issued as advised.
Shed then arrived, 2 large pallets dumped in centre of tandem driveway rendering it unusable.
No instructions and weblink given didn't work, James supplied instructions after contacting CS. no parts list it seemed, so James also supplied after further contact. we then found the soggy parts list packed in pallet, but incomplete and unsigned, we are still none the wiser whether all parts are present.
Some panels are mouldy, the door panels are cracked and will need replacing, the quality is cheap and shoddily made, nails missing the battens inside, screws drilled through face of shed panels to secure it together in transit as didnt use braced pallets, just basic flat ones so shed was screwed to itself wherever with no thought as to holes being visible after. window boxes and diamond face plates look like they will fall apart in a matter of months and are not as per sales pics on website.
Not what we expected given the photos on the website, and the fact it was best part of 2k. AVOID!!!!!!

They insisted I accept the delivery first and later revealed that the switch would cost over £170, significantly more than the initial £15 difference. Despite the shed being a standard modular product, they consistently used 'made-to-order' terminology to sidestep my concerns. My issues regarding misleading guidance were left unaddressed. The way this was handled was misleading and fundamentally unjust, making me feel taken advantage of. Additionally, the manufacturer was unhelpful and dismissive, showing a clear unwillingness to engage with customers.

Very supportive experience. I called with some questions before ordering online, and the helpful representative took my order over the phone, understanding my needs perfectly without trying to upsell. Delivery was arranged to fit my schedule. Great job!
