Hugely disappointed with the quality of the shed. It's a bit like going into McDonalds and seeing a picture of a lovely plump juicy burger, you order it and get a flaccid mess masquerading as a burger. When I ordered the shed I needed something to tide me over for a few months while I build a shed from scratch.
The general quality is poor, the floor is flimsy and I've had to reinforce with OSB . If you supply a floor in 2 sections it is going to be weak, the boards aren't cut square so difficult to appose the two halves with any strength, fortunately I had some coach bolts to beef up the union. The wall framing wood was warped and difficult even with clamps to join and again shiplap not cut square or flush! Two of the wall frame uprights were broken. There are several shiplap boards that have gaps/ splits! The chances of this being water tight are remote. There was a piece of fascia board missing. I've placed extra support for the roof as 1 roof support isn't sufficient.
I've purchased and built many sheds over the last 40yrs, this is by a country mile the poorest quality I've seen. At this size a shed is a very simple structure and really should come in 6 sections and doors. I don't buy the modular design making it stronger blurb. It is modular design to make it easier to produce, deliver, the 28mm rough sawn timber won't support a full shed wall.
If you want something to last I would honestly look elsewhere. I'm not really sure what the 25yr guarantee really refers to. If this shed were in an exposed location I couldn't see it lasting more than a couple of years. As it is I will build my large shed and then take it down and offer it as a burnt offering to the shed gods in the sky. I couldn't in all conscience pass it onto someone else.
