If you enjoy mouldy sheds, then this is absolutely the place for you! After adhering to all treatment and installation instructions, the interior of my shed roof is completely infested with mould, affecting everything stored inside. When I reached out to the support team, they provided incorrect advice on handling the mould (bleach... a huge error) and have now essentially abandoned me, stating this is expected and will not assist with roof panel replacement. I strongly urge you to do some research before choosing a shed. I certainly do not recommend this brand, and the service has been very unhelpful.
I purchased a shed from this company in the summer. Now that winter is here, I've encountered a serious condensation issue. I'm not talking about a small amount; there are actual puddles on the floor due to the excess moisture from the roof. When I spoke to the company, they essentially said tough luck, that this happens. I'm now in the process of taking legal action as this is not a minor issue but significant enough to render the shed unusable, and customer support is non-existent.
I bought a pressure-treated shed and paid for installation. There were a few issues with the delivery date, and some panels needed replacement before installation. The shed was placed directly on a concrete base without any gap, so during rainy weather, the floor absorbs moisture. The seller insists this is correct and that I should have treated it with a water repellent, despite it being advertised as maintenance-free. The contents are becoming damp. It is not fit for purpose. I do not recommend purchasing from this seller.
If you appreciate clean and functional sheds, this is not the place for you!
