As others have noted, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Their claim of responding within 24 hours has not been my experience; I've never received a timely reply. If you're considering a purchase, test their email response time first. It's telling that they respond here more quickly than to emails. It seems they prioritize managing their image over addressing customer concerns.
