Where is my order? I placed it 40 days ago!!! The customer service experience I've had with this company is the most disappointing of any online retailer I've dealt with. Caution is advised with this company!!!!! 🚨🚨 I ordered on November 1st, 2025, and have yet to receive my order or a refund. I've received no response to my emails!!! I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! Initially, they claimed my order went missing and that they had sent a replacement! Then, two weeks later, they changed their tune, saying they were overwhelmed and slow to process orders but that mine had been sent and would arrive soon. I still have these emails from them!!!! I ORDERED AND PAID ON
NOVEMBER 1ST, 2025. Since November 22nd, my tracking has shown no updates and I've received no replies to my emails for 20 days!!!! They even offered me a 20% discount on my next order, but I haven’t received the first one yet!!!
Then they promised a refund if I didn’t receive my order in 10 days, which was on November 20th. I’ve heard nothing since, no replies, no refunds, and no products!!! Now, as of December 10th, NZ time… 40 days later!!!! The latest tracking update says it has arrived in China. What!!!!! That’s where it originally shipped from and I’m in NZ!!!! Hello????
Terrible customer service!!! I reported this to my bank, and they suspect it may be a scam. They’re prepared to investigate and help me recover my money. It seems this company is leaving me no choice but to pursue that option!!! A warning for anyone considering a purchase from here!!!!

My sweater and hoodie arrived promptly, and upon opening the lovely packaging, it was clear that these are quality pieces. They not only look great but are also incredibly comfortable, warm, and cozy. I'm really happy with my purchase.
I placed an order for a sweatshirt on November 29th, and as of December 8th, it still hasn't arrived. Their stated shipping time is 2-3 business days, and I chose this based on that timeline as a gift for my son. He’s visiting me today from Dubai, and I had planned to give it to him, but now it's too late. I've reached out via email and their contact form three times since last week with no response. This gift cost £150, and I'm very disappointed by the lack of communication from the company. They should prioritize responding to customer inquiries within the promised 24 hours, no matter how busy they are.
I'm really impressed with the branding and overall image. The product quality is excellent, and the fit is perfect. I often order multiple items because I'm so satisfied. My only minor complaint is about the button/badge feature, which can be removed if needed. I would prefer just the knitted badge at the back of the neck. Overall, this is my favorite knitwear brand. Keep up the fantastic work!
As others have noted, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Their claim of responding within 24 hours has not been my experience; I've never received a timely reply. If you're considering a purchase, test their email response time first. It's telling that they respond here more quickly than to emails. It seems they prioritize managing their image over addressing customer concerns.
