I have bought 6 Sheep Inc jumpers over the years. I love the garments and have been very happy with the service. Unfortunately, this has changed. The products are pitched as very high quality and with a lifetime guarantee. I learn today that this is far from the case. I have had the misfortune of two jumpers developing small holes for a second time (admittedly they get a huge amount of wear but, a lifetime guarantee should be exactly that). It transpires that what they really mean is they will replace a jumper once, and that is it. After the first replacement they say âstuff youâ (not a quote, but the sentiment). Needless to say, I will not purchase any further garments from this company. ÂŁ200 for a jumper the wears out so quickly is not attractive.
