The support is extremely unhelpful and unwilling to assist. I faced issues with verification for a service, and after being directed to the support team, I received a response stating, "we're unable to process your verification request, cannot provide details and this ticket is permanently closed." This is unacceptable. I wasn't given any opportunity to respond. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
