I strongly advise against shopping with SHEER. Their return process is deceptive. I ordered a pajama set in both Small and Medium to test sizing. The Small fit perfectly, so I initiated a return for the Medium—which was never even tried on.
They rejected the return, claiming the item was "stained." Since I never touched the garment, it’s clear they either sent a damaged item originally or have a fraudulent return policy.
Customer service has been dismissive, slow to respond, and unwilling to acknowledge the logic that I kept and paid for the other size. Save your money, and shop elsewhere.
