I strongly advise against shopping with SHEER. Their return process is deceptive. I ordered a pajama set in both Small and Medium to test sizing. The Small fit perfectly, so I initiated a return for the Medium—which was never even tried on.
They rejected the return, claiming the item was "stained." Since I never touched the garment, it’s clear they either sent a damaged item originally or have a fraudulent return policy.
Customer service has been dismissive, slow to respond, and unwilling to acknowledge the logic that I kept and paid for the other size. Save your money, and shop elsewhere.

I have been shopping with Sheer since for a decade! Their service has been outstanding. I moved from Hong Kong to Singapore in 2017 and continued to buy. Despite the distance, nothing is ever too much trouble, messages are answered quickly and they always deliver on the things they promise. The lingerie is always high quality. Sometimes I may get sizing wrong, but they have always been really pleased to help sort out the issue. Great online experience.
