The customer service is extremely poor! I ordered a book for my child, but it was out of stock and they couldn't ship for over two weeks. I ended up purchasing it elsewhere and contacted the company to cancel my order. They asked me to confirm the cancellation, which I did, but the next day I received an email saying my order was shipping. What a scam!
