I have been waiting 16 weeks for an item from this company and still haven't received it. I contacted them several times for updates and received various explanations for the shipping delay. Today, I was informed that my order has been canceled without any reason given. This level of support is disappointing, especially considering the unusual circumstances. I was aware it might take up to six weeks for delivery, but this is unacceptable.
